Top tips: eCommerce and the room to improve, even at the top
A recent report found that retailers are missing out of £6.6bn a year by not going mobile. Alf Saggese, MD EMEA at Moxie, argues that the lack of technology uptake shows that the retail industry shows there is still huge room for improvement.
Ecommerce growth doubles in second quarter of 2015
The latest figures from the IMRG Capgemini e-Retail Sales Index have revealed that UK online retail sales were up 18% year-on-year (YoY) in June, the highest recorded annual growth in 2015 and equating to £9.3 billion spent online.

PCs still account for 9 in 10 online purchases
While 89% of all online retail purchases are still made on PC or laptop, mobile is playing an ever increasing role in the shopping journey, according to new research.
