Marketers have their eye on visual formats this year, with more marketers than ever investing in video (up 20% from 2015), according to new research.
The latest report from ALF Insight also found that there will be heavy investment in CRM (70% of marketers), CMS (69%) and data analytics (67%) as marketers see the importance of seeing customers as individuals and improving the customer journey.
